1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdShoot, operated by Kairolo LLC (“Kairolo”, “we”, “us”), including our website, hosted application, image-generation workflows, billing pages, and related support services. By using AdShoot, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

AdShoot is an independent software product that helps merchants create product advertising visuals from their own images and prompts. References to third-party AI models or providers describe compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by those providers.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account, business, and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.

You may not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent your company, or use false testimonials, false trust badges, inflated customer counts, or other deceptive claims on or through AdShoot.

3. Credits and Billing

AdShoot is pay as you go. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You buy credit packs as one-time purchases whenever you want more credits. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Credits are spent on supported generation and editing actions. Image generation costs one credit per image. Video is priced per second and depends on the model and length you choose, and its credit cost is shown in the app before you run it.

Video generation must be unlocked by a purchase. Each credit pack states on the pricing page whether it includes video access. A pack sold without it can be used for image generation only, no matter how many credits you hold. Once you buy a pack that includes video access, video stays unlocked for your account and any credits in your balance can be spent on it.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until you use them, unless refunded or removed as part of a payment dispute. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be used inside AdShoot.

Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel. You can stop buying credits at any time and keep any balance you have already purchased.

4. Refund Policy and Support

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve a refund at our discretion. If a purchase is refunded, we reduce your balance by up to the number of credits that purchase added; if you have already spent some of them, your balance is reduced to zero rather than going negative. Refunding or reversing a purchase that unlocked video also removes video access, unless another qualifying purchase still covers it. To request a refund review, contact support@adshoot.ai.

We aim to respond to billing, account, and support requests within 3 business days. Where we cannot resolve an issue directly, we may restrict an account, issue a refund, or take other action needed to protect customers and to meet our obligations to our payment providers.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You may only use AdShoot for lawful commercial and creative purposes. You must have the rights necessary to upload reference images, brand assets, and prompts that you submit to the service.

• No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• No generation or promotion of NSFW, adult, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, erotic, or otherwise sexual content.
• No face-swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or content intended to mislead consumers.
• No malware, spam, scraping abuse, model abuse, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
• No uploads or outputs that violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

We may use automated systems and manual review to enforce these rules, investigate suspected abuse, block prompts or outputs, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when necessary.

Prompts and related text are processed by the AI model and infrastructure providers that generate your images and videos, and those providers apply their own safety filters and may refuse or block a request. Use of those providers is subject to their applicable terms, safety rules, and privacy policies.

6. Your Content and Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of the materials you upload to AdShoot. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, modify, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, generate outputs, enforce safety rules, and provide support.

As between you and Adshoot, the outputs you generate are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and you may use them commercially, including in paid advertising and on ecommerce listings. Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and remain subject to those providers’ terms.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use. AI-generated results may contain errors and are not exclusive to you — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users — so an output may not be protectable as your own intellectual property.

7. Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create material risk for customers or payment partners, or use AdShoot in a way that threatens the security, legality, or reliability of the service.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date shown above, which is the date the change takes effect. Continued use of AdShoot after that date means you accept the revised terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AdShoot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
