1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdShoot, including our website, hosted application, image-generation workflows, billing pages, and related support services. By using AdShoot, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

AdShoot is an independent software product that helps merchants create product advertising visuals from their own images and prompts. References to third-party AI models or providers describe compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by those providers.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account, business, and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.

You may not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent your company, or use false testimonials, false trust badges, inflated customer counts, or other deceptive claims on or through AdShoot.

3. Plans, Billing, and Credits

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout before you complete a purchase.

Subscription plans include usage credits for supported generation and editing actions. We may also offer one-time credit packs. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be used inside AdShoot.

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over into later billing periods. One-time purchased credit packs are added separately and remain available until used, unless refunded or removed as part of a payment dispute.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing area inside AdShoot, which opens the secure customer portal. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy and Support

Subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve a refund in our discretion. To request a refund review, contact support@adshoot.ai.

We aim to respond to billing, account, and support requests within 3 business days. Failure to respond to a customer issue may result in account restrictions, refunds, or other actions required to protect customers and comply with payment-provider obligations.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You may only use AdShoot for lawful commercial and creative purposes. You must have the rights necessary to upload reference images, brand assets, and prompts that you submit to the service.

• No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• No generation or promotion of nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content.
• No face-swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or content intended to mislead consumers.
• No malware, spam, scraping abuse, model abuse, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
• No uploads or outputs that violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

We may use automated systems and manual review to enforce these rules, investigate suspected abuse, block prompts or outputs, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when necessary.

6. Your Content and Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of the materials you upload to AdShoot. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, modify, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, generate outputs, enforce safety rules, and provide support.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use. AI-generated results may not be unique, may contain errors, and may require additional human review before use in advertising or ecommerce.

7. Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create material risk for customers or payment partners, or use AdShoot in a way that threatens the security, legality, or reliability of the service.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of AdShoot after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AdShoot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
