1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how AdShoot collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe to a plan, upload product assets, generate images, or contact us for support.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and profile information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and business details you provide.
- Billing and transaction information such as subscription status, purchase history, invoice metadata, country, and payment-related identifiers.
- Product content such as uploaded images, prompts, edit instructions, generated outputs, and other materials processed through AdShoot.
- Usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral data, and basic analytics events.
- Communications such as support emails, feedback, and messages you send to us.
3. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users, operate accounts, and provide the AdShoot product-creative workflow.
- To process subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, refunds, and customer support requests.
- To generate outputs, moderate content, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service and acceptable-use rules.
- To improve performance, reliability, security, and feature quality.
- To comply with legal obligations, payment-provider requirements, and fraud-prevention obligations.
4. AI Processing and Content Moderation
AdShoot uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process your uploads and prompts and to return generated outputs. We also use automated checks and internal review processes to detect policy violations, including attempts to create sexually explicit, nude, suggestive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.
This moderation and safety review is necessary to operate the service, protect users, and comply with our payment and infrastructure partners.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when necessary to operate AdShoot, including with:
- Hosting, database, storage, authentication, and infrastructure providers.
- Payment and billing partners, including Creem, to process subscriptions, refunds, and customer billing support.
- AI and content-processing providers to generate or analyze content submitted through the service.
- Analytics, security, and fraud-prevention providers that help us operate and protect AdShoot.
- Authorities or counterparties when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of AdShoot. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and our legitimate need to keep certain records.
You can manage subscription status through the billing area in your AdShoot account. If you need help with account data, cancellation, or billing records, email support@adshoot.ai.
8. Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Because our vendors and infrastructure may operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction.
